Music Lesson Application Form

Class 4S enjoyed a brass demonstration today with Mr Orr, if you would like your child to learn any brass instruments, please complete the from below to apply.
Please only complete the form if you are a new starter.
Children are only able to learn one instrument during school time.
All information received on the form, will be sent to the music service.
The music service will let the office know if the can accommodate your request.

Monday – String (Violin) lessons – day may change
Tuesday – Woodwind & Keyboard
Wednesday – Brass
Wednesday – Guitar
Thursday – Guitar
New starters
Instruments are provided by the music service, once received into school, they will be distributed out to class.
Bills will be distributed as soon as received from the Music Service. The music service ask for the full term to be paid in full upfront.
Please be patient when awaiting news about any new starter applications. As soon as we have information on the teacher allocation and instrument allocation we will advise the children in class.
