Payment for Dinners
Please can we remind you that all dinners must be paid in advance. It is very costly for school to send out reminders and chase parents for payment, especially as school budgets continue to be reduced. If payment is not received the service will be withdrawn until the arrear is paid.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
School use an online meal ordering system called Evolve. This system is straightforward to use and will enable you to change and view your child’s meals. You will however, need to order a meal for your child each week. All meals must be ordered by Tuesday midnight of the week for the following week. If you do not order a meal for your child, s/he will be given the default meal of a jacket potato and beans.
If you wish to cancel a meal ordered for your child, after the cut-off time, you must email jkenmure@st-vincents.rochdale.sch.uk to advise. Failure to do this may result in a charge, unless your child is absent due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
There will be no change to the way in which you pay for your child’s meals, you will need to continue to pay for meals (if relevant) into the school account.
To access this new service you will need to register yourself and your child. You only need to register your child if s/he has a school dinner.
You will have received instructions (via email) on how to register on the system.
To receive this information again, contact jkenmure@st-vincents.rochdale.sch.uk.
Please order for as far in advance, as you are able to do so.
Check your basket has processed and it shows ‘0’. If there is a number, it has not processed the order and you will need to do again until it displays ‘0’
