Headteacher’s Response to Parents’ Evening Survey
Thank you to all the parents who completed our recent survey. We are absolutely delighted with the feedback — 100% of parents said they are satisfied with the information about their child, feel their child is happy and settled, and find teachers approachable and supportive.
It’s also wonderful to see such strong confidence in the support children receive with their learning and the high level of satisfaction with school communication (96%).
We also value the small number of suggestions for improvement (11%), which help us to reflect and continue strengthening our provision.
Thank you once again for your trust and partnership. Together, we’ll keep making our school the very best it can be for every child.
Parent Survey Results July 2025
Headteacher’s Response
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all 133 parents and carers who took the time to complete our recent parent survey. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continue to build a happy, safe, and successful school community.
I am delighted that over 90% of parents feel their child is happy and safe at our school, and that a similar number agree their child does well here. These results reflect the strong relationships between pupils, staff, and families, and our shared commitment to ensuring every child enjoys coming to school and reaches their full potential.
It is also very encouraging to see that 89% of parents believe we have high expectations for all pupils and that 85% feel pupils are well behaved. This demonstrates the positive learning culture we are nurturing together.
We are pleased that the majority of families feel well informed about their child’s progress and that 82% recognise our support for pupils’ personal development. We also appreciate the positive feedback about the range of after-school clubs and activities (86%), which help to enrich the school experience for our pupils.
While the feedback is overwhelmingly positive, we are also listening carefully to areas where we can improve further. We recognise that communication about what children are learning (78%) and how they are progressing (82%) are areas we can strengthen. We will be reviewing how we share curriculum information and pupil progress updates to ensure parents feel fully informed and involved.
It is particularly reassuring that 84% of parents feel the school deals with concerns properly and 80% agree that bullying is dealt with effectively. We will continue to focus on maintaining high standards of care and transparency in these important areas.
Finally, we are very proud that 86% of parents would recommend our school to others — a clear sign of your confidence in the education and support we provide.
Thank you once again for your continued support and trust. Together, we will keep working to make our school an even better place for every child to learn, grow, and thrive.
