The children in the school council had an exciting and inspiring trip to London as part of the ‘Send My Friend to School’ campaign. We proudly handed in our petition to our local MP, Elsie Blundell, calling for better global access to education. During our visit, we toured the Houses of Parliament, learning how laws are made and seeing democracy in action. Along the way, we explored some of London’s most famous historic sites, and even squeezed in a visit to the gift shop for some fun souvenirs!
