Mrs McGrail & Mrs Stott would like to welcome the children to Year 5. To help your child get themselves into a routine we would be grateful if you can make sure they are aware of what they need to bring into school each day.

All children will have a book change day and that will be recorded on/in their reading record. This must be signed by parent/carer.

Water bottles are required every day.

Minimum 3 times a week and reading record signed.

Practise daily Tested on a Friday.

Accelerated Reader motivates the children to read more through engaging quizzes, goal setting, and personalized recommendations. As the children increase their reading volume, they develop greater reading stamina, word recognition, and language comprehension skills.
